Shielding in Windings

1998

Developed a new technology for the Winding of Ultra Hight Voltage Power Transformers and Autotransformers with HV > 200KV and S > 250 MVA.
This technology called ``Shielding in Windings`` is applied in production since 1998.

Increase the speed of a robot while spraying powder

2002

Proved in 2002 for the first time in the world what is possible to increase the speed of a robot while spraying powder from 205 mm/sec to 700 mm/sec.

As a consequence, the number of robots required to fulfil the Fillm Build Requirements was reduces by aproximate 33%. The booth lenght was reduced, the Air House required was reduced, the conveyor lenght was reduced, the energy required to do the temperature and humidity close loop regulation was reduced accordingly.

Project Management in Water Treatment System and Robotized Paint Automation Systems

A whole new line of products was created. Starting with:

  1. Replacement of Venturi based powder Technology where the Powder Particles speed was approx. 125 m/sec with Dense Phase Technology with Powder Particles speed 5m/sec.
  2. The powder applicator capable of delivering 0-1000 g/min with the best linear result between 50 g/min and 800 g/min
  3. The Dense Phase Powder Transfer with cross over.
